কেনাকাটার শর্তাবলী (Terms & Conditions)
প্রোডাক্টের স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে অর্ডার ডেলিভারি করা হবে। অনিবার্য কারণে পণ্যের ডেলিভারিতে বিক্রেতা প্রতিশ্রুত ডেলিভারি সময়ের বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে। সেক্ষেত্রে বাণিজ্য মন্ত্রণালয়ের ডিজিটাল কমার্স পরিচালনা নির্দেশিকা ২০২১ এর সকল নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করবে ইপাইকার কর্তৃপক্ষ।
(Order will be delivered subject to stock of the product. Due to unavoidable reasons, delivery of the product may take longer than the seller's promised delivery time. In that case, the ePaikar authorities will take action as per all the directives of the Ministry of Commerce's Digital Commerce Management Guideline 2021.)
ওই নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী, পণ্যের সম্পুর্ণ মূল্য পরিশোধ করা হয়ে থাকলে ঢাকার ভেতরে সর্বোচ্চ ৫ দিন এবং ঢাকার বাইরে সর্বোচ্চ ১০ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হবে।
According to the directive, if the full price of the product has been paid, the product will be delivered within maximum 5 days inside Dhaka and maximum 10 days outside Dhaka.)
